ORDER PROCESSING

All Calora items are made to order.

Orders typically ship within 3–7 days after being placed. This processing period includes order review, production, quality checks, and packaging.

During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.


ORDER STATUS UPDATES

Once placed, orders move through the following stages:

In Review → In Production → Quality Check → Shipped → Delivered

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times below are estimates from the order date, not guarantees.

🇺🇸 United States

  • T-Shirts: 10–16 days

  • All Other Items: 12–21 days

🌍 International Orders

  • 12–21 days

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Again, these are just ESTIMATES. They will usually deliver faster.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and arrive separately.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.


SHIPPING DELAYS

All delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs processing

  • carrier disruptions

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. Reshipment costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
