Refund policy

All Calora products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.


ELIGIBLE ISSUES

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@caloracollection.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference or minor color variation

  • Fit, feel, or style dissatisfaction

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are normal due to the made-to-order production process and do not qualify as defects.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or similar charges

These fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or refusal of delivery.


RESOLUTIONS

Once an issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds do not include original shipping fees.


FINAL SALE

By completing a purchase with Calora, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • All items are made to order

    • All sales are final except as stated above
